Job Description:

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in accordance with established protocols.
• Prepare and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
• Interpret ultrasound images and communicate findings to physicians for patient diagnosis.
• Maintain patient records and adhere to patient confidentiality guidelines.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Stay abreast of advancements in ultrasound technology and techniques.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited ultrasound technology program.
• ARDMS certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Texas state licensure as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS).
