Travel Radiologic Technologist – CT Preferred
Near Rapid City, South Dakota
13-Week Contract | Day Shift | 4x9hr Schedule | Light Weekend Rotation
Up to $2,300/Week
Critical Access Hospital | Open to Permanent Hire

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm specializing in healthcare, is partnered with a top-tier Critical Access Hospital near Rapid City, South Dakota, to find an experienced and motivated Travel Radiologic Technologist. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated care team in a beautiful and adventure-filled part of the country.

Position Details

  • Job Title: Travel Radiologic Technologist

  • Shift: Day Shift – 4x9hr shifts

  • Schedule: Light weekend rotation

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks (with opportunity for permanent hire)

  • Pay: Up to $2,300/week (based on experience and qualifications)

  • Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital

  • Modality: General Radiology with CT scan experience preferred

  • Start Date: ASAP

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (X-rays, CT scans, etc.) in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols

  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures

  • Maintain equipment, follow infection control protocols, and ensure accurate documentation

  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members

  • Assist in weekend coverage on a rotating basis

Requirements

  • Education: Associate’s Degree or higher from an accredited Radiologic Technology program

  • Certification:

  • ARRT Certification (R) – Required

  • CT Certification – Preferred but not required

  • Licensure: South Dakota Radiologic Technologist license (or willing to obtain prior to start)

  • Experience: At least 1 year of recent hospital-based Radiologic Tech experience

  • Must be comfortable working in a critical access hospital setting and flexible across imaging modalities
