Virtual School Psychologist - Avondale, Arizona

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our team on a part-time basis in Casa Grande, Arizona. As a vital member of our educational community, you will contribute to the overall well-being and academic success of students by providing comprehensive psychological services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, social, and emotional functioning.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to develop strategies and interventions that support students' academic and social development.
• Provide individual and group counseling to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of intervention plans.
• Conduct crisis intervention and provide support in times of heightened emotional need.
• Collaborate with school staff to create and maintain a positive and inclusive school climate.
• Stay current on relevant research and best practices in the field of school psychology.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Arizona state licensure and certification as a School Psychologist.
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
