Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled XR/CT Tech to join our client's healthcare team in Copperas Cove, TX. This role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray and CT equipment to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent technical skills, and be committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate XR and CT imaging equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Ensure patient safety by following all safety protocols and procedures.
• Review and verify images for quality and completeness.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss imaging results and patient care.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of imaging equipment.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, or a related field.
• Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT).
• State licensure as required by Texas law.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an XR/CT Tech.
• Strong knowledge of XR and CT imaging techniques and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using imaging equipment and related software.
